THE BUILDING

The building was constructed in the mid-19th century as a family home, a role it maintained exclusively until we decided to transform it into shared accommodation at the end of the 20th century.

During the two-year restoration process (1999-2001), we preserved nearly all aspects of the house's original configuration. The traditional symmetrical layout of the rooms, the spaciousness of the bedrooms and hallways, and the high ceilings were carefully maintained.

In some areas of the interior, the thick stone perimeter walls have been left exposed, as has much of the original chestnut wood structure sourced from our local forests, which has been perfectly preserved.
