Cancellation Policy

In accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of Decree 120/1998, of 6 October, regulating the tourist accommodation in rural areas of the Ministry of Environment, Planning and Tourism of the Junta de Extremadura.

The customer is entitled to reimbursement of the following percentages of advance required:

• 95% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arriving date.
  
• 60% if the cancellation is made more than 15 days and less than 30 days before the arriving date.
  
• 40% if the cancellation is made more than 7 days and less than15 days before the arriving date.
  
• 0% if the cancellation is made less than 7 days or fewer days before.
